All are signed by the colorists, but the other signatures you may see are printed on the overlay, from the original art. Size given is the just the image area. These are scans and camera pictures, and art is sharper in person. The art consists of a clear acetate sheet with the black line drawings, overlaid on the hand-painted color art underneath. The Knightfall TPB #1 pics show the color art underneath the overlay, for an example. Pics of the books these were done for are at the bottom.

The Batman pieces were colored by Les Dorscheid. Les has done the coloring on lots of graphic novels including Batman Red Rain and Bloodstorm, Batman Dark Joker, Aliens Hive, Deadman and over 75 issues of Nexus, gaming stuff, his own Battletech portfolio, and is currently a lead artist for Raven Games:

The Marvel Super-Heroes piece was drawn, inked and colored by Jeff Butler, who did art for the Green Hornet series from Now Comics, and Godzilla, Hercules, Xena, Jurassic Park, and TSR games doing art for the Marvel Super-Hero role playing games, and also now works for Raven:
